overview

EwSenku is a web-based platform that helps users identify and recycle electronic waste responsibly. It classifies uploaded images or text descriptions of e-waste using the Gemini API and connects users with the nearest recycling centers.

The goal was to create a system that bridges the gap between waste generators and recyclers through smart classification.

As a team member, I handled the backend for data processing, classification, API development, and more.

Note:First run might take time to load as backend is hosted on render which requires cold start.
